Organic Rare Breed Saddleback Pigs: Our rare breed saddleback pigs are kept on organic grassland. The piglets are born and spend their entire lives outside in small family groups, all our stock is fed a Soil Association approved organic diet.
	Organic Lambs: Our lambs are born in late spring and are reared on their mother’s milk and organic grass or silage. Wherever possible ailments are treated with homeopathic remedies.
	Organic Cows: Our Aberdeen Angus cattle are bred and raised outside on the farm. They are fed on their mothers’ milk, organic grass and silage and no routine medication is used. This produces our high quality organic beef.
	Organic Chickens: Day old chicks are reared indoors for about 3 weeks, after this they are introduced gradually to outdoor life and spend the next 2 months free range on organic pasture. They are housed at night  in small groups of less than 200 birds. They are aged at least 3 months old before they reach your plate, this produces larger, better tasting chickens than the average supermarket birds. 	Organic Turkeys: A small group of breeding turkeys will be trialled this year to produce turkeys all year round, hopefully naturally reared by their mothers. And we will again have turkeys availabe to order for Christmas from November.
	Organic Goats: Kirstin is now selling organic goat milk, cheese and meat from her goats kept on the farm all the milk is processed in her on farm dairy (no food miles). There are also plans to start a goat CSA, for further details phone Kirstin: 07947715715
